Yoga consists of Asana (Postures), Prânâyâma (Breathing Exercises) & Meditation. It keeps both the body and mind healthy.

course description: In this course the participant gets to know his own body better and expands his ability to handle it in a healthy way. Simple yoga asanas (body exercises and postures) invigorate the nervous, vascular and organ systems and loosen up the musculoskeletal system. Prânâyâma breathing exercises help to initiate cleansing processes and increase vitality. The beginner yoga class can also be combined with a meditation introduction.

target audience: The course is aimed at yogis interested in harmonizing body and mind, seeking energy and mental freshness for everyday life.

conditions : The course is for those of all ages. There are no conditions to fulfill and no prior knowledge required.

course start : The beginner course is designed as a training session and can be started at any time.

course description :  In 5 sessions the basics of independent meditation practice are learned. This introduction explains to the participant how meditation is practiced and how it affects people. The student learns how to recognize effective meditation and what the different experiences in meditation mean. After completion of this introduction, the participant has the basic knowledge to meditate independently. In further weekly classes theory and practice can be deepened. The meditation basic course can also be combined with the yoga class.

target audience : The course is aimed at those interested in meditation who want to free the body and mind of stress and tension and gain energy and mental freshness for everyday life.

course description :  In addition to the regular practice of yoga and meditation, this course will give an overview of the different philosophical views and schools as (which) Shankaracharya has coined in his comments on Vedanta. Excerpts from various Vedic texts, such as the Upanishads etc., are read out and explained.

target audience : The course is aimed at those interested in meditation who want to deepen their experience and gain in-depth knowledge of the Veda.

conditions : The course is aimed at regularly practicing meditators.
