For the first time at driveway there will be a combined course. Doing good to the mind and the body is the motto of this special course. Meditators have the opportunity to spend four days studying ancient Indian Ayurvedic medicine and enjoying authentic treatments. Not yet meditators can be introduced by Anton Tönz to the Vedic meditation. In addition to Ayurvedic massages by the Ayurveda therapist K. Omanakuttan, the Indian dance and music educator Vijaya Rao, who grew up in Ayurvedic traditions, provides an insight into the Ayurveda system. She explains how Ayurveda can be easily applied and salubriously experienced through appropriate nutrition and appropriate lifestyle in everyday life. K. Omanakuttan comes from the Indian Kerala, the motherland of Ayurveda, where he trained as an Ayurvedic therapist and practiced for several years. He has been working as an Ayurveda therapist in Switzerland since 2003 and is a member of the VSAMT (Association of Swiss Ayurvedic Physicians and Therapists). It is possible to deepen the course with Ayurvedic massages and other Ayurvedic treatments by K.
