It takes not more than 45 minutes to cook a good vegetarian Indian meal.

I love good food. My everyday food includes over 100 recipes from my mother from the Udipi Madhva tradition, which is based on Ayurvedic principles, and from various regions of India.

In addition to nutrition, food also has a spiritual aspect, as it not only nourishes the body but also the spirit. It influences our mood and gives us well-being, vitality and mental clarity. Cause and effect are easy to read here.
